The agency calls or emails SCS Northwest Evidence Management Accreditation© (referred to now as SCS Northwest) to receive more information.
SCS Northwest will forward questionnaires and information to the Agency Accreditation Manager for the Applicant Agency to complete.
Agency Accreditation Manager submits the completed SCS Northwest Accreditation Questionnaires© to SCS Northwest, who will review the completed Questionnaires and advise the Applicant Agency of their status to continue the accreditation process.
Once recognized as ready to continue the accreditation process, SCS Northwest will work with the Agency Accreditation Manager to arrange for an on-site visit, or virtual visits using Zoom or another format.
SCS Northwest will issue their SCS Northwest Evidence Management Accreditation Report© within 60 days after the visit(s) to the Applicant Agency. This report will outline their accreditation status, or areas where improvements must be made to meet SCS Northwest Evidence Management Professional Standards©.
If the Applicant Agency meets SCS Northwest Evidence Management Professional Standards©, the agency will be awarded an SCS Northwest Evidence Management Certificate of Accreditation©.
Once accredited, SCS Northwest Evidence Management Accreditation© will require annual reviews (included in SCS Northwest Evidence Management Accreditation© fee) of the agency’s processes and procedures done using Zoom or another format. Accreditation is for a period of three (3) years.
If the Applicant Agency does not meet SCS Northwest Evidence Management Professional Standards©, the agency has 12 months from the application date to meet SCS Northwest Evidence Management Professional Standards©.
Final compensation for the work performed by SCS Northwest is due within 30 days of the Applicant Agency receiving their SCS Northwest Evidence Management Accreditation Report©.
